On what single planet can you observe both total and annular eclipses of the Sun by the same satellite?

| This phenomenon is observed only on Earth. Due to the ellipticity of the Earth’s orbits around the Sun and the Moon around the Earth, the angular diameter of the Sun varies from 31, / 5 to 32, / 5, and the diameter of the Moon from 29, / 4 to 33, / 5. If the angular diameter of the Moon is greater than the angular diameter of the Sun, then a total solar eclipse may occur, if, on the contrary, the angular diameter of the Sun exceeds the diameter of the Moon, then an annular eclipse may occur.
