On which planets is it easiest to set long and high jump records?
September 18, 2020 | Education
| The height and range of jumps are inversely proportional to the acceleration of gravity on the planet’s surface. The smallest acceleration on the surfaces of Mercury and Mars (g = 3.7m / s2). The height and length of jumps at the same repulsion speed will be 2.6 times greater on these planets than on Earth. Similar conditions on Pluto.
