| Pour cold water in one glass and warm in another. Dip a few potassium permanganate crystals into each of them. Explain the observed phenomenon.
In both glasses, potassium permanganate will begin to dissolve due to diffusion. But in a glass of warm water this process will be faster than a glass of cold water. From a physical point of view, this is due to the fact that the speed of molecules in hot water is greater, therefore, the diffusion phenomenon will occur faster.
