Prokaryotic cells differ from eukaryotic

Prokaryotes have no nucleus, ring DNA (ring chromosome) is located directly in the cytoplasm (this part of the cytoplasm is called the nucleoid).
Eukaryotes have a shaped nucleus (hereditary DNA information is separated from the cytoplasm by the nuclear membrane).
