Prove that plant rhizome is a modified shoot

1) The shoot consists of a stem, leaves, nodes, buds. The rhizome has nodes in which there are rudimentary leaves and buds; at the apex there is an apical bud, which determines shoot growth.
2) The internal anatomical structure of the rhizome is similar to the stem.
3) The adventitious roots extend from the rhizome. All this proves that the rhizome is a modified shoot.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
