Positive	• soil bacteria are involved in the formation of coal, oil, peat, etc .; • provide the circulation of substances in nature; • participate in the formation of soil, fertile layer – fertile soil; • bind atmospheric nitrogen in the form of nitrates and nitrites available to plants; • putrefactive bacteria decompose substances, making them more accessible to other organisms.	• lactic bacteria fermentation uc used for producing yogurt, koumiss, cream, serum, with fermented product; • for the manufacture of fodder proteins (water native bacteria); • acetic acid bacteria fermentation using dissolved to obtain vinegar; • bacteria used in the leather and tech stylish industry (in the leather industry, when retting of flax and hemp); • bacteria are used for preparation of serums and vaccines; • bacteria are the basis of producing an antibiotic treatment ( erythromycin , nystatin , etc.).
Negative	• pathogenic bacteria cause disease in animals and plants.	• bacteria of decay and fermentation lead to food spoilage; • some bacteria destroy paper; • cause corrosion of metals; • pathogenic bacteria cause diseases of humans, domestic animals and cultivated plants: a) diseases in humans – cholera, plague, dysentery, typhus, tonsillitis, etc .; b) in domestic animals – distemper, brucellosis, etc.; c) in cultivated plants – bacteriosis, burns of the bark of fruit and berry plants, apple trees.
