1) during static work, many skeletal muscles contract at the same time; during dynamic work, different muscle groups contract alternately
2) the causes of fatigue may be processes occurring in the skeletal muscles themselves (accumulation of metabolic products, for example, lactic acid), or fatigue of the nerve centers; which control the work of muscles
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
