The importance of ecology has grown immeasurably in the second half of the twentieth century, since there has been a background pollution of nature by industrial emissions, waste and agricultural products. Due to the adverse environmental impact, the species diversity of both flora and fauna has decreased significantly. The fragile individuals of animals and plants irrevocably disappear, many of them are listed in the Red Book, since their number has sharply decreased in nature.
