Tell us about the systems of healing the human body. What do they have in common and what are the differences?

Almost all wellness systems are complex and contain several interconnected methods. As a rule, the following sections are part of wellness systems:
• improvement of spirituality;
• physical improvement;
• breathing techniques and their use;
• nutrition;
• management of emotions;
• thought management;
• bioenergy.
In various wellness systems, the listed components are assigned different roles: they are placed on the first or secondary plan, can be combined with others, crushed, and so on, but they are all necessarily present. Why do we need different wellness systems? The answer is very simple – there are no two identical people. Each person will use only the system that is close to him personally.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
