The load is evenly lifted by means of a movable block, the efficiency of which is 75%. How many times is the mass of the load greater than the mass of the block, if the friction in the block can be neglected?
If friction is neglected, then 75% is spent on lifting the load, therefore, 25% – on lifting the block 75/25 = 3, The mass is 3 times greater than the mass of the block.
