1) Determine the amount of water that enters the river as a result of underground recharge:

2) After engineering work, underground power supply will be excluded:
2.5 m3 / s – 0.75 m3 / s = 1.75 m3 / s
3) Half of the water will be taken for irrigation, which means that its water consumption will decrease by 2 times:
1.75 m3 / s: 2 = 0.875 m3 / s
Answer: the water discharge in the river will be 0.875 m3 / s.
