There are only consonants in the Arabic alphabet. How do Arabs read their notes without making mistakes?

In the Arabic text, vowels, stresses, etc. are depicted with special signs – “vowels” at the top or bottom of the line. For Arabs, vowels are less important, since the consonants remain unchanged during conjugation and declension of words.
