What are declination and right ascension of stars? How are they determined?

Declination is the angular distance of the star from the Heavenly screen. Right ascension is the angle between the great circle drawn through the Poles of the world and this star, and the large circle drawn through the Poles of the world and the point of spring equinox.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
