What are rights and obligations?

Rights are the ability to do something (the right to education, the right to health care, the right to rest, etc.).
Obligations are the duty to do something (the obligation to pay legally established taxes and fees, the obligation to protect the Fatherland, etc.).
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
