What are the basic principles of hardening?

In order to properly use environmental factors to promote health, it is necessary to adhere to the basic principles of hardening:
• gradual increase in the dose of hardening effects;
• regularity, consisting in the systematic repetition of tempering influences throughout life;
• taking into account the individual characteristics of the body (level of health, susceptibility to the effects of hardening measures and their tolerance);
• multifactorial nature, involving the use of several physical agents during hardening (heat; cold; irradiation with visible, ultraviolet, infrared rays; mechanical action of air, water, etc.).

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
