What are the chemicals in the cell? What is their role?

• Water. It dissolves all nutrients and metabolic end products entering the cell, and also participates in the heat exchange process, accumulating and retaining heat, maintaining a certain temperature.
• Proteins. They are structural elements of the cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus and organelles, allowing to increase the rate of biochemical reactions, break down organic matter and make all kinds of movements possible.
• Carbohydrates. They are the main source of energy.
• Fats. They are a spare energy source.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
