Currently, there are many problems in the process of forming a legal culture. These are, first of all, legal illiteracy of the population, a complex and confusing process of lawmaking, a contradiction between normative legal acts and reality, as well as the absence of state ideology and, as a consequence, legal nihilism, denial of moral principles. To resolve these and other problems, a purposeful state policy is needed to increase the level of legal culture of society through lawmaking processes, the legislative process, as well as through the media, fiction, cinema and other types of art.
