What are the features of the structure and function of the retina?

The retina is the inner lining of the eye, under which the pigment layer is located, which absorbs light rays. It consists of two types of cells: rods, twilight vision receptors, and cones, which are responsible for color perception. Retinal receptors perceive light waves and generate nerve impulses.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
