What are the limits of the long, medium, short and ultrashort radio wave bands?

Long waves have a wavelength of 30,000 to 3,000 m and a corresponding frequency of 10 to 100 kHz.
Medium waves occupy the range 3000 – 200 m, or 100 – 1500 kHz. short waves have, respectively, wavelengths of 200-10 m. Ultrashort (meter, decimeter, centimeter and millimeter) waves occupy the following ranges: 1) meter waves 10 – 1 m or 30 – 300 MHz; 2) decimeter waves 100 – 10 cm or 300 – 3000 MHz; 3) centimeter waves 10 – 1 cm or 3000 – 30,000 MHz; 4) millimeter waves 10-1 mm or 30,000 – 300,000 MHz.
