What are the main forms of commercial organizations?

Full partnerships – organizations that have joint capital, divided into shares, which are contractual associations of entrepreneurs who are responsible for the obligations of the partnership with their property, and assuming their personal participation in the affairs of the partnership;
Limited partnerships (or limited partnerships) are partnerships consisting of two categories of participants: general partners who jointly bear full responsibility for the obligations of the partnership, and contributors (limited partners) who bear only the risk of losses associated with the activities of the partnership within the amount of their contributions and not participating in the entrepreneurial activities of the partnership;
Limited liability companies are organizations that have an authorized capital, divided into shares, which are associations of capitals and do not imply personal participation of members of the company in its affairs. The members of the company are not responsible for its obligations, etc.
