| Hygienic requirements for housing take into account the close relationship between the living conditions of a person and his state of health. The premises should be sufficiently spacious and dry, well lit by direct and diffused sunlight, ventilated, have a favorable microclimate and an unpolluted air environment.
Room temperature depends on climatic conditions. In the northern regions it should be within 20-21 ° C in temperate latitudes – 18-19 ° C, in a hot belt – 17-18 ° C.
One of the elements of the living room microclimate is relative humidity. At a room temperature of 18-20 ° C, it should be within 40-60%.
