What are the symptoms of Down syndrome?

A skin fold in the inner corners of the eyes, which gives the patient a Mongoloid appearance, a large tongue, short and thick fingers, a constantly ajar mouth, a small nose with a wide bridge of the nose, deformed auricles, a flat nape; defects of the heart, vision and hearing, mental retardation, decreased immunity.
