What conclusion can be drawn from the experience of mixing cold and hot water? Why are these energies not equal in practice?

When conducting experiments on the transfer of heat from hot water to cold, it is noticeable that less energy is consumed by cold water than was given to hot. The difference is less if less losses are allowed in the experiment (for heating the surrounding air, vessels, etc.).
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
