What conditions for the implementation of foreign policy, in your opinion, are priority?

The main foreign policy tool is diplomacy. Diplomacy is a set of non-military practical measures, techniques and methods applied taking into account specific conditions and tasks. Diplomatic service workers, as a rule, are trained in special higher educational institutions. A diplomat is an official of a state who represents its interests abroad in embassies or missions, at international conferences on foreign policy, on the protection of human rights, etc. Therefore, a diplomat must possess the art of negotiating in order to prevent or settle international conflicts, search compromises and mutually acceptable solutions, expansion and deepening of mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas.
