| Dislocation is the displacement of bones relative to each other in the joint. As a rule, dislocation occurs with a strong mechanical effect on the limb. There are dislocations of the elbow joint, knee joint, fingers.
In order to reduce the likelihood of bone damage, you must do the following:
• to provide good illumination of the premises, not to clutter them with furniture, property and other items;
• on the street, strive to move along even clean paths and sidewalks;
• engage in physical education and sports, walk more (this increases bone strength);
• eat more fruits, nuts, legumes, leafy vegetables of a dark green color: they strengthen bones well.
