What does sleep mean in human life?

Sleep is one of the phases of daily biorhythm (sleep – wakefulness). It performs an adaptive function – creates the conditions for processing information received during wakefulness. It is believed that sleep provides the flow in the brain of restoration processes. The cells and tissues of our body during sleep gain a certain degree of independence and can carry out local self-regulation.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
