What does using a white flag mean?

A white flag does not necessarily mean a ceasefire or surrender. It may also indicate an intention to enter into negotiations with the opposing party with the aim of:
• evacuate wounded or shipwrecked, as well as civilians from the war zone;
• ensure the safety of those who wish to surrender;
• ensure the safety of certain facilities (schools, hospitals, hospitals);
• assist civilians in the war zone.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
