What environmental consequences can the deforestation of the Earth’s forests cause?

1) To a change in the composition of air, an increase in the content of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, this can lead to a greenhouse effect;
2) reduction of biodiversity;
3) lowering the level of groundwater, shallowing of rivers;
4) increased erosion, desiccation and desertification of the soil.
