What fields are called vortex? How is such a field different from a potential one?

The fields, the lines of force of which are closed, are called vortex. The work of the potential field in a closed loop is zero, the work of the vortex field in a closed field is not zero.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
