What “fragments” of the Turkic Kaganate do you know? Until when did they exist?

The most persistent remnants of the Türkic Kaganate are Khazaria on the Lower Volga and Uiguria on the Upper Yenisei (near Minusinsk). Both of them died at the end of the 10th century.
