What groups are called chromophore?

The color of organic compounds is attributed to the presence in the molecules of special atomic groups called chromophores. These include: nitro group O = N-; an azo group -N = N- and a quinoid group (benzene ring with parallel double bonds).
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
