What groups are the food products divided into?

All food products can be divided into two large groups: animal and plant origin.
Products of animal origin (meat, fish, milk, cottage cheese, cheese, eggs) are most useful for the body, as they contain high-grade protein.
Vegetable products (vegetables, fruits, berries, vegetable oils, yeast) contain a significant amount of mineral salts, vitamins that have a beneficial effect on the human body, and fiber, which favorably affects digestion and the state of the gastrointestinal tract.
