What institutions of England in 1640 would Aristotle regard as a monarchy, as an aristocracy and as a democracy?

Aristotle, apparently, would have called the king and his ministers a monarchy, the House of Lords – an aristocracy, the House of Commons – a democracy. In 1640, the English monarchists were stronger than the Democrats, those – stronger than the aristocrats.
