What is artificial mutagenesis and what is it used for?

1) This is the process of artificially obtaining mutations by exposure to mutagenic factors (irradiation with ultraviolet and X-rays, etc.).
2) The purpose of the application is to obtain useful mutations from the offspring. Individuals with beneficial mutations subsequently participate in the creation of new strains of microorganisms or plant varieties.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
