What is called the transformation ratio?

The ratio of the voltage on the primary winding of the transformer to the voltage on the secondary winding is equal to the ratio of the number of turns of the primary winding to the number of turns of the secondary winding. A value equal to this ratio is denoted by the letter k and is called the transformation ratio.
