What is Matter? How to prove its real, objective existence?

Everything that exists in the Universe is called matter. Matter in the form of matter and physical field forms the Universe, which exists regardless of whether we feel it or not, i.e. it really exists, objectively.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
