What is meant by bad habits?

Habit – an action that over time becomes automatic, unconscious.
By bad habits, we mean lifestyle features that have a negative effect on health. For example, addiction to smoking, alcohol abuse and excesses in nutrition, leading to obesity. A particularly bad habit is addiction.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
