A temporary decrease in the performance of skeletal muscles that occurs as a result of work and disappears after rest is called muscle fatigue. The causes of muscle fatigue can be processes that occur both in the skeletal muscles themselves (accumulation of metabolic products – lactic and phosphoric acids; decrease in energy reserves), and fatigue of the nerve centers that control their work.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
