What is the advantage of closed technology compared to the most advanced wastewater treatment plants?

1) The most advanced wastewater treatment plants cannot completely clean sewage and industrial wastewater.
2) In closed technologies, the water used in production does not enter the environment,
3) therefore does not pollute it.
