What is the basis for the emergence, change and termination of legal relations?

The basis for the emergence, change and termination of civil legal relations are legal facts, i.e. specific life circumstances with which the law connects the onset of legal consequences. Legal facts are characterized by the following points: * the presence of phenomena of the external world (life circumstances); * their recognition by the state as such. The basis for the emergence of civil rights and obligations can be either one legal fact or several.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
