What is the danger of introducing prokaryotic drugs into the natural environment to combat its pollutants?

One of the problematic issues arising from the introduction of prokaryotes into the environment is the establishment of the nature of the relationship between its own microflora and introduced. The probability of a negative effect of introduced microorganisms on the state of natural biogeocenoses as a result of changes in the existing equilibrium in microbiocenoses is not excluded.
