What is the difference between an induction electric field and an electrostatic field?

The work of an induction electric field in a closed loop is not equal to zero, i.e. induction electric field is not potential. The source of the induction field is a changing magnetic field, not charged particles. Therefore, the lines of force of the induction field are closed.
