What is the difference between data and programs?

Data is information presented on a computer in the form of a binary computer code, and a program is an algorithm (sequence of instructions) that is written in a programming language and executed by the computer.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
