What is the difference between the concepts of “ethnic community” and race?

1) Human races are groups of people formed in the process of biological evolution within the species of Homo Sapiens (Homo sapiens)
2) Ethnic communities are nationalities, nations, nationalities, etc.
3) Belonging to a race is determined by the characteristics of its genotype and phenotype, and to an ethnic community – the national group mastered by it
