What is the difference between the trajectories of motion of gas, liquid and solid molecules?

Gas: the movement is chaotic and progressive. The distance between molecules is much greater than the molecules themselves.
Liquid: oscillatory and translational movement. The distance between molecules is commensurate with the size of the molecules themselves.
Rigid body: oscillatory motion. The molecules form a tightly packed crystal lattice.
