What is the essence of cytological, histological and anatomical methods of studying living matter?

Modern methods of histological research are very numerous and diverse. They allow structural and histochemical analysis of histological objects at the microscopic and submicroscopic levels. The main stage of the histological study of animal tissues is the study of the object using the classical microscopic method, the essence of which is determined by fixing the study material with the subsequent preparation of stained sections.
In the course of a cytological study, the structure of cells is studied to detect malignant, benign tumors and non-tumor lesions. The main purpose of the study is to confirm or deny the fact of the malignancy of cells taken for analysis. Methods of cytological research are based on studying under a microscope the structure of cells, the cellular composition of fluids and tissues.
