What is the prevention of frostbite?

Prevention of frostbite consists in the use of clothing that reliably protects from the cold, and in proper nutrition.
In cold weather, you need to dress in layers: water-repellent and windproof clothes; waterproof shoes; at least two pairs of socks; not gloves, but mittens. It should be borne in mind that woolen and downy clothes are warmer than products from other fabrics.
Nutrient foods rich in carbohydrates and proteins (legumes, nuts and seeds, root vegetables, chickens, fish and whole grain dishes) will also protect against the cold. It gives the body a large number of calories.
