What is the relationship between individual and public health?

Individual health is a person’s personal health, which largely depends on himself, on his worldview, and ultimately on his culture – a culture of health.
Public health is the health of the population, it is inextricably linked with the individual health of each person, as it consists of the state of all members of society. In many respects it depends on political, socio-economic and natural factors.

Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
