Similarities. Vitamins and hormones act specifically – the action of a single vitamin or hormone cannot do another. Both affect the processes in small concentrations.
Difference. Vitamins bind to proteins, and hormones act directly on the organ or cell.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
