The rule of law is a special type of relationship between law and the state, which so far exists only in the minds of scientists and thinkers. The rule of law is a way of organizing public life, which ensures the rule of just laws. The ideal of the rule of law has not been fully achieved in any country. Modern Russia is following the path of building a rule of law.
Remember: The process of learning a person lasts a lifetime. The value of the same knowledge for different people may be different, it is determined by their individual characteristics and needs. Therefore, knowledge is always needed at any age and position.
